Welcome to REIR. These Terms of Service govern your use of our luxury hotel rate discovery and booking platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the REIR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use REIR. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. REIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made on third-party sites and are subject to hotel availability and the terms of each property and site. Prices displayed by REIR are public rates gathered from third-party booking sites and may change at any time. REIR does not process your hotel booking payment — you book and pay on the third-party site. Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and site.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the rate discovery system, sharing account access with unauthorized users, using automated tools to scrape data, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the REIR platform are the exclusive property of REIR Technologies Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
REIR acts as a technology platform that compares publicly available rates from third-party booking sites. We are not responsible for hotel service quality, availability or price changes, or disputes between users and hotels or booking sites. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
