Welcome to REIR. These Terms of Service govern your use of our luxury hotel rate discovery and booking platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the REIR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use REIR. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. REIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings made through REIR are subject to hotel availability and the specific terms of each property. Prices displayed are the direct native rates provided by the hotel. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. Cancellation and refund policies vary by property.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the rate discovery system, sharing account access with unauthorized users, using automated tools to scrape data, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the REIR platform are the exclusive property of REIR Technologies Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
REIR acts as a technology platform connecting travelers with hotel native rate systems. We are not responsible for hotel service quality, availability changes, or disputes between users and hotel properties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
