Question 1

Is REIR really free?

Accepted Answer

Hotel search and comparison are free. FREE Hotel Watch monitors for up to 7 days or check-in, whichever comes first. Trip Guard is planned as a paid extension; it is early access only, with no checkout or charge today.

Question 2

How does REIR make money?

Accepted Answer

We may earn a commission when you book through an affiliate link. You book and pay with the provider, not REIR.

Question 3

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

You can search without an account and activate Hotel Watch with an email address for alerts. An account adds a dashboard. Your email alone does not authorize access to a Watch.

Question 4

What happens after I book — how does price tracking work?

Accepted Answer

An active Hotel Watch can detect price drops for your hotel and dates and notify you by email. FREE monitoring ends after up to 7 days or at check-in. Before rebooking, check availability, room terms, cancellation fees and the final total.

Question 5

Which booking sites do you check?

Accepted Answer

Available sellers vary by hotel, dates and search. Results may include Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com, Trip.com and an official hotel offer when available. We do not guarantee every seller or offer.

Question 6

How do you find a lower price than the sites themselves?

Accepted Answer

REIR compares available offers from different booking sites; it does not set their prices. Activate Hotel Watch separately if you want monitoring during the eligible period. A lower price is not guaranteed.
